How do I register?

To register on Hellopeter, go to hellopeter.com select “Join.” Here you can either register through Facebook, or by completing our registration form.

Facebook registration

 Select “Register with Facebook,” and you’ll be redirected to Facebook. You may be required to sign into your account, and then you’ll need to allow Hellopeter access. 

Congratulations! Your account will be created, you’ll be signed into Hellopeter and can write your first review!

Registration form

To register using our registration form, you’ll be required to provide the following info:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Username
• Password

Once you’ve entered this information, select “Register.” You’ll be taken to a thank you page, and an email to activate your account will be sent to the email address you registered with. 

Check your email for an account activation email from Hellopeter. Be sure to check you spam folder as well. When you have your email, select “Activate account,” this will activate your account, and sign you into Hellopeter!

What information is in my profile?

The following information is shown in your profile:

Personal information: 

Only you have access to this. It includes your name, contact details, email address, and your username and password.

Reviews: 

All reviews you have written are listed in your profile, and anyone on Hellopeter is able to view these. 

However, the only personal information others can see is your display name, which is your first name and the first character of your last name.

I can’t remember my username

If you can’t remember your username you can get this sent to your email in four easy steps.

1. Go to our sign in page and select “Forgot username or password?,” 
2. Choose “Forgot username” 
3. Enter the email address associated with your account 
4. Select “Retrieve username” and your username will be sent to your email address!

Check your email for an email from Hellopeter.com, and remember to look in your spam folder if you don’t receive an email within a few minutes.

I can’t remember my password

If you can’t remember your password, don’t worry, you can easily have this reset.

1. Go to our sign in page and select “Forgot username or password?” 
2. Choose “Forgot password” 
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Select “Reset password” and a temporary password will be sent to your email address.

Check your email for an email from Hellopeter.com, and make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive an email within a few minutes.

Sign in using this temporary password, and then go to your profile on Hellopeter to create a new password to use going forward. 

Once signed in, you can access your profile by selecting your name on the top right-hand corner. Once there, select the “Profile” tab on the left-hand panel, and enter your new password in the Password field.
