Businesses who have claimed their business profile on Hellopeter get notified by email when a new review about them has been written.

 

Can Hellopeter give me advice on how to handle a dispute with a business?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer advice on how to handle a dispute with a business, but we do suggest the following:

  • Write a review about your experience so the business, and other consumers can be made aware
  • Read what others have said, as they may have had the same issue and this could help you resolve yours
