Only you, and the business that the review has been written about, can reply.
Any business that has an active plan on Hellopeter is able to reply to their own reviews. We require businesses to have an active plan to ensure official business responses are coming from credible and verified sources.
What is a private reply?
A private reply is a message only the business the review has been written about can read. Other reviewers aren’t able to view these replies.
Why do reviewers and businesses use private replies?
Private replies are generally used when a business requests sensitive information such as account, ID, and reference numbers.
Can I add more information to my review?
Yes. If you need to add more information, or give an update, you can write a message on your review.
Do businesses have to pay to reply to reviews?
