No. Once a review has been published on Hellopeter, we’re not involved in facilitating communication or complaints resolutions between the reviewer, and the business.

How are businesses notified about reviews?

Businesses who have claimed their business profile on Hellopeter get notified by email when a new review about them has been written.

Can Hellopeter give me advice on how to handle a dispute with a business?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer advice on how to handle a dispute with a business, but we do suggest the following:

• Write a review about your experience so the business, and other consumers can be made aware
• Read what others have said, as they may have had the same issue and this could help you resolve yours
• Follow up – add a message onto your review to let others know if your issue was resolved

Can Hellopeter recommend which business I should choose?

No, Hellopeter doesn’t recommend, or suggest, which businesses you should choose. You can read reviews about the business you’re looking at, and let other consumers’ experiences help you decide which business to go with.

Does Hellopeter offer legal advice?

No. Hellopeter isn’t able to offer any advice, legal or otherwise.
