Can Hellopeter help me resolve an issue I have with a business?

No. We provide you with a platform to share your experience, whether good or bad. 

On our platform, you’ll be engaging with the business directly, which means Hellopeter is not involved in this communication, nor do we facilitate resolutions.

This also means we cannot guarantee a business will reply to your review.

Do I need to register to use Hellopeter?

Yes, and no. You’re able to browse businesses and reviews without registering on Hellopeter, but you’ll need to register and be signed in to write reviews. 

This is to ensure that our reviews are from real people, about true experiences and are not spam or fraudulent. 

The information on your profile helps us let you know when a business relies to a review. It’s also a way for businesses to make contact with you, should they want to resolve an issue.
