No response to your review

Why haven’t I received a response to my review?

We understand it’s frustrating when your review doesn’t receive a response, but that doesn’t mean it’ll never happen. Thousands of South Africans publish reviews every day that are responded to. 

Some companies don’t respond because:

  • They aren’t active on our Platform
  • The incorrect contact details are used 

Our goal is to keep consumers informed, give recognition to businesses offering consumers great service, and hold them accountable when their service has been poor.

While we can’t guarantee the business will respond to your review, writing one increases the visibility of your problem and may prevent other consumers from going through this same experience.
