Can I edit my review?
No. Once your review has been published, you aren’t able to make changes.
However, you’re able to write updates and provide more information on your original review. If the business you have reviewed is registered on Hellopeter, they will be notified of these updates.
Can I delete my reviews?
No, once published you cannot change or remove your review. A review can only be removed after it has been reported and found to contain false information, or if it’s in breach of our content guidelines.
Can businesses delete reviews?
No, businesses aren’t able to delete reviews. The only way for a review to be removed from Hellopeter is if it’s reported and found to be in violation of our content guidelines.
